Machfab Engineering looks to future after joining Wirral Chamber of Commerce

A Birkenhead engineering company has announced that it has become the latest addition to the membership of the Wirral Chamber of Commerce.
Machfab Engineering, based on Price Street in Birkenhead, provides general and precision engineering, together with tooling solutions from design through to manufacture.

The business – which has over 35 years manufacturing experience – has particular expertise in all aspects of CNC and conventional machining, press tool manufacture and sheet metal services, including guillotining, CNC punching & folding, fabrication & assembly.

Ian Hazlehurst, Managing Director of Machfab Engineering is delighted to have joined Wirral Chamber of Commerce, he said, “We are a progressive thinking business and by developing partnership links with the Wirral Chamber of Commerce and our fellow members we are seeking to add value to the engineering and manufacturing sector of the membership.”

He added, “We have developed a national reputation built on a culture of innovation, quality, technical excellence and customer service with a wide range of clients within Aerospace, Plastics, Pharmaceutical, Petro-Chemical and Off-Shore industries.”

In moving forward with business growth plans, Machfab Engineering acquired two engineering companies, which have complemented and enhanced its ability to offer a wider range of services. This included Davidson Williams Ltd, which allowed the formation of a new arm to the business through Machfab Structural Installations Ltd.

It has also recently launched a new website – www.machfabengineering.co.uk- which offers visitors a full breakdown of services and a photo gallery which highlights just some of its precision manufacturing work.
